What is AIN (Alternative Investor Network)?

AIN identified the need for individuals looking for greater than average investment results. Its designed to host key note speakers relating to any form of financial investment with a focus on equities, property and business development. Its a catalysing network staging handpicked experts specialising in wealth creation through direct / alternative investment i.e. investment opportunities outperforming inflation with ample time for peer-to-peer networking and mentoring.

Saskia Cole - Town Planning Specialist

Saskia Cole is a town planner and the Director for land use management at Koplan iNtuthuko Planning and Development Pty Ltd, known as KiPD. She has her B.Tech degree in Town and Regional Planning from the University of Johannesburg and has worked for various private consulting firms in land use management since 1993. She was registered a technical planner with the South African Council for Planners (SACPLAN) in 2008 and as a Professional Planner in 2012. In 2014, Saskia started KiPD with two partners. In the 30 years she has worked on projects for both the private sector and for government across all spheres of planning. Her area of expertise lies in the technical aspects of land use management and the built environment. Her interest and area of specialization include sustainable human settlement design and layout, legal and technical compliance and project administration. Her passion lies in creating and planning communities and neighbourhoods in a way that is environmentally friendly, socially inclusive, and economically viable.

Janthius Scgrage - Digital Marketing Specialist

Janthinus holds qualifications in Integrated Marketing (IIE) and Business Management (FPD) with a background in public relations, communication and stakeholder management. Since 2009, he has been operating and focusing heavily on corporate relations in the social development sphere. Janthinus co-founded Efusion Digital, a boutique digital marketing agency in 2018 with a focus on SMEs, to grow their digital marketing footprint and amplify turnover. Since quarter 3 of 2023 Janthinus occupies the role of Chief Executive Officer at Firefly Global where he plays a strategic and operational role in growing the group of companies.

Hannes Dupper - Professional Property Investor

Hannes is the Managing Director of a group of companies, Firefly Global Group with verticals in wealth creation education, personal upliftment, property investment and development and our proud digital agency eFusion digital.Hannes was born with 5% eye site and very passionate about using his experiences and stumbling blocks to motivate through his public speaking platform hannesdupper.comCurrently finalising his last year of an MBA and the financial services regulatory exams.He has a Yorkie as well as a pitbull lab cross, which are his only know children.He is exceptionally close to his sister and mom, fury babies and 100s of orchids.
