Welcome to our upcoming Transformational Breathwork Journey—an immersive experience designed to guide you into the depths of your being through the power of conscious connected breathing. Transformational Breathwork is a potent practice that harnesses the breath as a catalyst for profound personal growth, healing, and transformation. Through the rhythmic and intentional use of breath, we can access deep states of consciousness, release stored emotional energy, and expand our awareness to new dimensions of being.

This journey is for anyone ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, inner exploration, and personal empowerment. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress and anxiety, healing from past traumas, or simply looking to deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you, this practice offers a safe and supportive space to delve into the depths of your soul.

The journey will unfold in several stages, beginning with an opening circle and intention-setting ceremony to create a sacred container for our work together. We’ll then gently ease into the practice with guided movement and gentle stretching exercises to prepare the body and mind for the breathwork ahead.

The heart of the session will be the Conscious Connected Breathing (CCB) practice, a powerful technique that involves continuous, rhythmic breathing to induce altered states of consciousness and facilitate deep healing and release. Accompanied by carefully curated music, this one-hour journey into the breath will invite you to surrender, let go, and journey inward to the core of your being.

Following the breathwork session, we’ll conclude with a period of deep relaxation and integration, allowing you to rest and replenish your energy as you bask in the afterglow of your journey. We’ll then come together over tea and nourishing soup to share our experiences, insights, and reflections in a supportive and nurturing community space.

I look forward to sharing this transformative journey with you and co-creating a space of healing, growth, and connection. If you have any questions please feel free to get in touch with me.

Love, Sam

What you will need:-Comfortable loose clothing (remove all jewellery)-Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on-Blanket and head pillow -Water to keep next to you-Pen & Journal to write in afterwards (optional, but recommended for integration)-Eye mask (I have one for you if you need it)

How to prepare for this work:-Hydrate with clean water. Reduce water intake 2 hours before the session starts.-Only eat a light healthy meal for at least up to two hours before breathing ( if you feel comfortable fasting longer then do so ). If your stomach is digesting food, it will require a higher demand of blood which will interfere with the Breathwork experience.-Preferably no Alcohol at least a day before the session.-Mindfulness practices can support the preparation process, such as movement practices, yoga, dancing, a massage, grounding with nature, walks, meditation, mindful eating, quiet time, etc. Sometimes just being aware of what shows up in your life, insights, day dreams, night dreams, etc. -Release Expectations. Approach the ceremony with an open mind and heart, and release any expectations or attachments to specific outcomes. Trust that the universe will support you in your intentions.

It can be as small or large as life permits for you, I am aware that many of us have a lot going on in our daily lives so asking more from you can be a bit much, so please don’t worry if you can’t do the above preparation processes, just you taking the time to be at this session is a gift in itself!
