The Exchange is a prayer and worship gathering of a generation hungry for God, where young people assemble not for entertainment but to encounter the living God, a place where hearts are laid bare in prayer and in worship, where the weight of the flesh is surrendered and the Spirit of God becomes our very nature, for we were created in His likeness and called to worship Him in Spirit and in truth, and in this an exchange takes place as burdens are lifted, as brokenness is healed, as confusion gives way to clarity, as weakness is clothed with strength, and as hunger is filled with the presence of the Lord, this is not a concert or a performance but a day of encounters where prayer rises like incense and worship flows like a river, where young people from different churches and different places unite in one accord as in the days of the Upper Room, waiting upon the Lord until His Spirit falls afresh, for you cannot meet Jesus and remain the same, and through this gathering God is raising a generation marked by prayer and saturated in worship, a people who will be carriers of His presence and reflections of His likeness, a generation through whom rivers of living water will flow to bring life to the nations.
