As part of Contra Fair Joburg 2024, Lebogang Mogul Mabusela will host a monotype printing workshop in Studio 11 at the Bag Factory. Come prepared to learn, create and walk away with your own original monotype artwork. All supplies will be provided and kids can enjoy our designated Kiddies Corner free of charge.
Studio 11 will be open from 10:00 to 14:00 - come whenever you can!
This workshop is part of Mabusela’s solo exhibition iVum Vum, showing at Bag Factory from 04 May to 14 June 2024. In it, the artist continues her inquisition into performative masculinity, specifically unpacking the relationship between men and their cars.
Lebogang Mogul Mabusela, born in Mabopane, is a self proclaimed Zinequeen and Monotypebabe currently practicing in Pretoria.
