For his first solo work, KANYAR, Didier Boutiana (Reunion) developed a deeply
sensitive and emotional journey of a soul in the quest of its own path. In
this new solo KANYAR epilogue – imagined as a post-version of KANYAR - where
the dialogue between the dancer and a changing world open new spaces. The work
is a silent shout within the night. Didier Boutiana is an expressive and
transcendent dancer who uses hip-hop and contemporary dance in a fusion of
breathtaking complexity.
