Important information:

Parking - Only Uber drop-offs allowed - Strictly no parking allowed inside Campus Central or the outside public parking area - Guests with cars are encouraged to leave their cars behind and Uber to the event - Otherwise, secure parking is provided at the neighboring Campus Central residence, 5 St David’s Place at R100 payable at entrance- Please produce your ticket at the gate to be allowed entrance

Directions to the venue - Address: Campus Central, 19 Girton road, Parktown - If using the Wits bus: get off at EOH, walk towards Campus Central, cross the road, turn right, walk down to the Engen garage, turn left, then left again, walk down, Campus Central entrance will be on your left.

Event rules - No bottles, cooler boxes, hubbly bubbly allowed - No weapons allowed- Guests who are already drunk before entering the venue will be turned away - You are not allowed to leave and return to the venue once you’ve entered. Otherwise a fee of R150 will be charged.

1. Assumption of RiskParticipation in this event is entirely at your own risk. While every effort will be made to inform attendees of such changes in a timely manner, the organizers are not liable for any disruptions or inconveniences that these changes may cause.

3. Personal PropertyEvent organizers and sponsors are not responsible for any personal items or belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. We encourage all attendees to keep valuable items secure and to be mindful of their surroundings. Any items left behind will be handled according to the venue’s lost-and-found policies, but the organizers bear no responsibility for the recovery of these items.

4. Conduct and BehaviourAttendees are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner toward fellow participants, event staff, and the venue. Any disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or eject individuals whose actions are deemed to interfere with the safety and enjoyment of others.

5. Photography and MediaBy attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for future promotional, marketing, or documentation purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must inform the organizers in writing prior to the event. The organizers are not responsible for any use of images or footage taken by other event attendees.

6. Health and SafetyAttendees are required to follow all health and safety guidelines set forth by the event organizers and venue, fire safety regulations, and general safety instructions. Failure to comply with safety rules may result in removal from the event without a refund.

7. LiabilityThe organizers, sponsors, affiliates, and venue are not liable for any financial orpersonal loss, theft, damage, or injury sustained during the event, including but notlimited to transportation to and from the venue, parking, or any other travel-related arrangements. This includes incidents beyond the organizers’ control, such as adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or venue-specific issues.
