Amuse BoucheCranberry brie choux puffs Delicate choux pastry filled with creamy brie, topped with a festive cranberry glaze and toasted pistachio crumb.

StarterSmoked wagyu beef TartarAccompanied by cucumber gazpacho, cured egg yolk, crispy tempura onion, pomegranate seeds, and microgreens.

Or

Celeriac Soup Rich celeriac soup with toasted hazelnuts, fragrant truffle oil, parsnip crisps, and a garnish of fresh chervil. Served with artisanal bread rolls.

Intermediate Pumpkin Ravioli House-made pumpkin ravioli with citrus-infused roasted ricotta, glazed fig, and sage butter. Topped with a crunchy parmesan pumpkin seed brittle and drizzled with brown butter.
