Join Johannesburg In Your Pocket and Kennedy Tembo of MicroAdventure Tours on the morning of Sat, Oct 25 for a jacaranda-spotting walk that begins at Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff and explores the historic neighbourhoods that surround it.
The morning starts at 07:00 sharp with a welcoming refreshment, followed by a short stroll to some of the hotel’s best photo spots. From there, enjoy a guided walk led by Kennedy, the “king of adventure” through the leafy neighbourhood streets and up the famous Westcliff stairs, pausing to capture the jacarandas in full bloom. Then you’ll take to the skies for a helicopter ride with Bastion Aviation – the ultimate way to view Johannesburg’s purple canopy.
The morning ends back at Flames restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff where you can choose from a sumptuous breakfast or morning tea, served against one of the most spectacular views in the city.
Space is limited to 50 participants, and parking is available at Four Seasons The Westcliff.
This experience costs R2350 per person a welcome refreshment, guided walk, helicopter ride, and morning tea OR breakfast.
