She is a medical doctor by profession and has been in the ministry for many years. She is a commissioned Apostle, and she has always been a pioneer. She has a heart for reformation and changes and a passion to see the true prophetic and apostolic established. She helps churches establish prophetic and apostolic cultures. She is a core leader in her local church. She was part of the core leadership team of Company of Prophets SA for 4 years. She is part of the Prophets Round Table South Africa. She is a Streams Global teacher and trainer. She is a director of E4 Global, a global apostolic network. She runs a prophetic apostolic training centre from her local church and has trained people in the prophetic for over 20 years. She does global prophetic mentoring and runs global leadership training programs. She runs a marketplace ministry leadership program with Ap Patricia Estes from North Palm Global. She has earned a master’s degree in apostolic leadership and applied ministry from Wagner University. She is an itinerant minister and regularly speaks at conferences.

Debby VicentDebby is a devoted wife, a proud mother of three, and a joyful grandmother to her 10-year-old granddaughter, the light of her life. Together with her husband, Rui, she serves faithfully in ministry at their local church.She is an ordained minister and Five-Fold Teacher who holds a Master’s degree in Apostolic Leadership and Applied Ministry from Wagner University (USA). Debby is passionate about aligning believers with their God-given calling and equipping them to apply the Word of God in practical, transformative ways.Within her local church, she regularly preaches and teaches. She pastors the senior church and leads several equipping groups, including the Kingdom Business Program and the Finding Financial Freedom course. Debby also mentors a global audience through Streams Ministries USA and SA Online, and she serves as a regional leader for E4 Global.In the business world, Debby is a commissioned Business Apostle with extensive corporate experience. Ap David McDonaldAlongside Pastor Dee, they have served as Senior Pastors of churches in South Africa, Australia, and the United States. David has travelled to over 46 nations, teaching and training church leaders. He has founded training centres in South Africa, Uganda, Kenya, Belgium, Portugal, the United States and Pakistan that support national leaders and host an annual conference called E4 Global, where church leaders receive much-needed ministry and apostolic strategy. Over the years, David has been asked to father and disciple many Global leaders. Recently, David has been assisting churches to become apostolic centres where leaders can create Apostolic modules.David and Dee serve as Network Apostles with the Believers church movement and are very involved in creating networks in partnership with HIM. Dr David’s heart is to build a new wine network in the Apostolic Reformation and offer Schools of the Prophetic and Apostolic. David and Dee have been married for 36 years and are blessed with three children and two grandchildren. They reside in Summerville, SC.
