Everything Now, is a powerful story that centres on the story of Nova, a woman from the year 2035, who goes into an AI-engineered Therapy session, where she relives one day (September 30th) over three and a half decades of her life. Through this therapy session, Nova uncovers truths about her childhood and visceral memories of the day that shaped her into the woman she has finally become. Ultimately, this is why she finds herself at the Red Roof Psychological Centre again on September 30th.The story is told by one seemingly unemotional AI-generated programme and four characters who portray these decades of Nova’s life. Through these three decades, we uncover Nova’s fears and weaknesses and discover that by attacking these things head-on, she not only discovers herself but also finds her own power and ability to heal.
