Hangout Under 18 Festival – Parental Consent & Media Disclaimer

By purchasing a ticket and allowing your child to attend the Hangout Under 18 Festival, you, as the parent or legal guardian, acknowledge and agree to the following:

Photography & Media Usage

• We may capture photos and videos during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
• By allowing your child to attend, you grant consent for their images to be used across our platforms.
• If you wish to request the removal of any images, please contact us via hangoutyouthfest@gmail.com and we will promptly review and process your request.

Data Protection & Privacy

• All media captured will be handled in compliance with POPIA and will not be shared with third parties without further consent.
• No identifying personal information (such as full names) will be used alongside images unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

Liability Waiver

• The event organizers take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe environment. However, by permitting attendance, you agree that the organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

By completing your ticket purchase and allowing your child to attend, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclaimer and consent to its terms.
