Midrand Striders 60km Comrades Training run, is an annual training run organised by Midrand Striders to prepare runners for the Comrades Marathon. The route is a challenging out and back, getting you ready to what awaits you on 8 June 2025. There will be waterpoints every 3km’s with water, coke, bananas & oranges. Each waterpoint provides additional extras and fun to ease the pain as we tackle the route.

No short distances under 42km’s will be accommodated. If you are planning to run a shorter distance, please organise own transport to the start venue.

There will be a sweeping car on the route should you need assistance. Please make sure you stop at a waterpoint so that we are able to assist you.

This is not a race, but a training run and will be limited to 300 runners. Manual sign up will be on Saturday 3 May 2025 from 10:00 - 14:00 or on Sunday Morning from 4:30am if the 300 cap has not been reached.

There are no winners and no prizes.
