This retreat is about seeing ourselves more clearly, unlearning old patterns, and returning to a natural, integrated presence.
About the WorkThe Fourth Way Work originates from the teachings of George Ivanovich Gurdjieff, whose search for deeper understanding led him across Egypt, Central Asia, and India. He brought back a practical path for inner transformation, including the Sacred Dances — movements that divide attention between body, heart, and mind.
The Whidbey Akhaldans Fourth Way School continues in this lineage. It offers students the opportunity to cultivate the integrated development of self- awareness and self-understanding. This understanding transforms both our inner and outer experience of life.
Through unlearning our conditioned past patterns, we connect in a more grounded and authentic way with ourselves, with others, and with the world. This process is always underway — and it is our eternal, joyful Work.
