Looking to improve your journaling practice in the company of like-minded individuals? Join us for our next therapeutic writing workshop, Liber(i)te. We are going to be sipping and writing in celebration of Ocsober, thanks to @drinklautus!
Here’s what you can expect:Writing prompts provided and facilitated by writer and journalist, Tendani Mulaudzi. The space to be vulnerable in a safe space. Connecting and relating to others.Snacks and refreshments. We will be writing on the theme of EMOTIONAL REGULATION.
No previous experience necessary. Come as you are, just bring a pen and paper along.
