Redhill School proudly presents a modern and exciting reimagining of Little Shop of Horrors, the beloved cult musical that blends dark comedy, catchy tunes, and an unforgettable story of ambition, love, and self-discovery.

Set in the gritty streets of Skid Row, the show follows Seymour, a timid and unremarkable flower shop assistant whose life takes a dramatic turn when he discovers a mysterious plant. But this is no ordinary plant - Audrey II is bold, charismatic, and full of promise. In our production, Audrey II is brought to life as a dazzling Drag Queen, representing the confidence, power, and self-assurance that Seymour and the other characters long for.

As the plant’s influence grows, so does Seymour’s transformation, forcing him to confront the ultimate question: What are we willing to sacrifice in the pursuit of success and self-acceptance? This fresh interpretation shifts the story from a tale of good vs. evil to one of embracing identity, overcoming insecurity, and finding the confidence to take up space in the world.
