Whether you’re a seasoned swimmer or a little water superstar, there’s a category for everyone: Senior Swimmers (13+ years): Gold – 80 lengths | Silver – 60 lengths | Bronze – 40 lengths Junior Swimmers (7–12 years): Gold – 40 lengths | Silver – 30 lengths | Bronze – 20 lengths Pre-Prep (2–6 years): Gold – 12 laps | Silver – 8 laps | Bronze – 5 laps
