Naledi Chai invites you to ‘brokken//binaryy’, a living, breathing sound experiment—an open-ended day of sonic inquiry held in support of her upcoming residency in New York. This gathering is more than a fundraiser; it’s a communal transmission powered by frequency, memory, and refusal.

Rooted in the textures of deconstructed turntablism, radio art, sonic documentary, and the poetic afterlife of discarded technology, the activation opens a space where sound is not just heard, but re-membered, dismantled, and reconfigured. Together with a constellation of local sound artists, Naledi builds a temporary zone for obscure signals, collective composition, and radical listening.

This is an invitation to witness and participate in the making of a new kind of archive—one shaped by glitch, distortion, voice, noise, resonance, and silence. Come ready for layered performances, ungovernable sounds, and an atmosphere of deep experimentation. This is where past and future touch through waveform.
