Sonic Orbits is an immersive concert series created for the Digital Dome, bringing together local artists and experimental projects to explore the connections between sound, visuals and space.

The Dome becomes part of the performance, with octophonic sound moving around the audience and 360° visuals transforming the space. Each encounter brings together different approaches to electronic music, spatial sound, live coding, generative visuals and audio-visual experimentation.

The name Sonic Orbits reflects this idea of movement and encounter: artists, sounds, images, technology, and audiences moving around one another and creating temporary connections.
